PRACTICE POLICY REMINDER:  Never use the regular goal areas for practices or scrimmaging.  Always scrimmage sideways across the field during practices.  This preserves the grass area around the goal for games - this is very important over the course of the season.

For updated Field status on game days, please visit the Nashoba Valley Youth Soccer League website at http://www.nvysl.org/fields.php#W  and scroll to the Westborough Fields.

Field Use Warnings

1. Parking space is at a premium at all Westboro Fields - especially at the Chauncy Fields. WYSA encourages car-pooling for all teams. There are severe parking restrictions which must be followed at Chauncy. Please take note of the no parking areas and follow the directions on the posted signs.
2. Due to town regulations, there are NO animals permitted on any soccer fields in Westborough.
3. The Town of Westboro prohibits the use of all town fields during periods of steady or heavy rain. No games are to begin if there is a steady rain falling. Games may continue during periods of rain provided that it is safe for the players and no damage is occuring to the field. The Town's authority exceeds that of the referee for the match. All WYSA Board members represent the Town on game days.
4. Field status is indicated on this web page and on the WYSA Hotline. The Hotline will usually have more updated information - especially on game days. When information in both places conflicts, assume the Hotline information is the most accurate.
You can reach the Hotline at 774-670-4123.
