a. Mutual Agreement of Opposing Coaches - Game time may be changed by mutual agreement of coaches, but only if the change has been approved by the Division Director at least 10 days prior to the original game time. If the game time is changed without 10 day prior approval of the Division Director, then the game shall be a forfeit for both teams.

Game time may not be changed by mutual agreement of the coaches for U16, U17, U18, and U19 scheduled games in the spring season.

Pay close attention to the underlined text above. Last spring, unauthorized game time changes created a lot of difficulty and confusion for coaches and scheduled referees. In some cases, coaches may have been able to get undue advantage from cleverly orchestrated game time changes.

For the first time in many years the BU 12 age group will be entering 2 teams in MTOC.  The BU 12 A team coached by George Goodliffe and assisted by Jim MacElhaney and Dana Peterson will be entering MTOC Division 1.  The BU 12 B team will be entering MTOC Divison 2.  This team is lead by head coach Wayne Taylor and assisted by Bob Damiano and Jim Fitzgerald.

Congratulations to our BU 12 B team for their performance in NCup this spring.  Jim MacElhaney and Dana Peterson lead the boys to a terrific showing winning two out of three games on Saturday, June 16.  

Westboro defeated Leominster 5-3, host Tyngsboro 2-1 and lost to NCup finalist Ayer Shirley, 5-2.
