a. Mutual Agreement of Opposing Coaches - Game time may be changed by mutual agreement of coaches, but only if the change has been approved by the Division Director at least 10 days prior to the original game time. If the game time is changed without 10 day prior approval of the Division Director, then the game shall be a forfeit for both teams.

Game time may not be changed by mutual agreement of the coaches for U16, U17, U18, and U19 scheduled games in the spring season.

Pay close attention to the underlined text above. Last spring, unauthorized game time changes created a lot of difficulty and confusion for coaches and scheduled referees. In some cases, coaches may have been able to get undue advantage from cleverly orchestrated game time changes.
